  • As part of the Crestech Delivery Management Team, you will be expected to own and manage complex assignments, projects including operations, contracts, customer accounts or domains.
  • You will be Responsible for the continued growth and evolution of the QA function within Delivery.
  • You will be expected to:
    • Capture true needs of the customer and develop added value in the provision of deliverables and services.
    • Anticipate customer challenges/pain areas and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Identify challenges related to complex problems and situations and propose simpler and more accessible solutions by applying concepts/models from prior experiences.
    • Tailor solutions to new issues and situations.
  • You will develop, own and coordinate Test Strategy; produce and manage work breakdown structure; develop/maintain test architecture; manage and meet agreed schedule and timelines; own and manage quality of deliverables, required resources; identify, report and manage risks and issues; manage and be responsible for team performance and productivity.
  • You will own and manage the project budget and timely report and highlight any deviations or exceptions.
  • You will own and be responsible for all regular, scheduled and ongoing communication with all stakeholders (internal and client); ensure timely reporting including DSR, WSR, dashboards, risks and issues with mitigations;
  • You will develop synergies, appropriate new concepts and methods from other
    teams/departments/environments to resolve problems or make improvements.
  • You will be working closely with the Pre-Sales team for producing proposals for existing /new clients.
  • You will be expected to identify potential additional business within the account(s).
  • You will contribute and own unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
  • Support Organizational initiatives by undertaking tasks such as Trainings, Interviews etc.
  • You will develop, maintain, improve and enforce policies, procedures and templates that support the QA process; undertake internal quality audits.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters of Engineering/Computer Applications/CS/IT or Equivalent preferred.

Key Job Requirements:

  1. Understanding the architecture and configuration of Test environments and Test scenarios
  2. Conditions/parameters by providing an overall framework for all the tests to be performed for a test.
  3. Engagement, including identifying types of tests needed.
  4. Should have managed manual/automation testing teams.
  5. Should have used a variety of Test Management and Defect Management tools.
  6. Should have conducted testing on a wide range of systems and technologies.
  7. Should have managed multiple projects simultaneously & test management.
  8. Should have conducted testing across the whole software development lifecycle.
  9. Project cost and budgeting experience.
  10. Strong experience in managing and handling complex testing challenges.
  11. Exposure to Agile methodology, Cloud computing or latest technologies is a big advantage.
  12. Mentor QA Team Leads & Managers and provide guidance.
  13. Support the implementation, development and maintenance of relevant Quality Matrices & Artefacts, InfoSec & Cyber Security policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, common security frameworks and leading practices as per Organizational requirements.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Possess end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing
  • Extensive experience in test planning, test strategy, test estimation
  • Experience in Test Management & Defect Management tools like JIRA, TFS
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages and automation tools
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SDLC with detailed knowledge of agile processes
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage concurrent project efforts, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Project and Team Management

Preferred Skills:
Test & Project Management Certification.
