• As Crestech Performance Tester you will be required to interact with the test lead/Client to understand the scope.
• You must understand recording and enhancing of the load test script for applications (web & mobile) with a performance testing tool.
• Setting up the test environment, creating the test data.
• Design and execute the Performance Test scenario for Load/Stress/Endurance test etc.
• Conduct end to end Performance Tests with focus on identifying bottlenecks.
• Collate & analyse the Performance Test results.
• Understand basic monitoring of server resources
• You will need to collaborate with the developer and cross functional team as per need.
• Work proactively and keep updating the status/Blocker to concern teams.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters of Engineering/Computer Applications/CS/IT or Equivalent preferred.

Key Job Requirements:

• Working experience in an agile test environment.
• Good experience in script creation using any tools like Jmeter/LoadRunner/NeoLoad
• Basic knowledge in window/ Linux based system monitoring.
• Experience in client-side performance analysis using Dev tools
• Hands-on experience with protocol like web-HTTP/HTML, web services/API Testing
• Good Understanding of SDLC/STLC.
• Must have experience in basic performance engineering, Analysis and finding root cause
• Expertise in designing different scenarios for load, stress, volume etc.
• Good experience in result analysis and reporting on Performance Test activities.
• Able to understand the application architecture.
• Working experience on Web & Mobile Application.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Support the implementation, development and maintenance of relevant Quality Matrices & Artefacts, InfoSec & Cyber Security policies, Standards, and Guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, Common security frameworks and Leading practices as per Organizational requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of Monitoring tools like AppDynamics/ New Relic
• Distributed Load Testing using JMeter.
• Understanding of CICD Tools.
• Have worked on Performance engineering.
