• As part of the Crestech Performance Team you will be required to interact with the Client / test lead to understand the scope.
• You will need to Create Test strategy/Test Plan, case study documentations
• You must understand recording and enhancing the load test script for applications (web & mobile) with a performance testing tool.
• Design scenarios for load/stress/volume in ALM and Jmeter etc.
• Setting up the Test environment, creating the Test data and Executing tests.
• Conduct end-to-end performance tests with focus on identifying bottlenecks.
• Collate & analyse the performance test results. Root cause Analysis of application (CPU utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, GC, DB reports) to verify the performance Bottleneck.
• You will need to collaborate with the Developer/cross functional team for Issue/Blocker resolutions and performance activities like Test Env/Test data
• Creating/Managing Performance Test Reports and Presenting to the client and receiving appropriate signoff.
• Keep publishing the progress updates to the concern teams
• Exploring/Sharing knowledge and arranging Training sessions on new tools/technologies.
• In addition, you will mentor the junior resources and provide regular feedback and coaching to help them continually improve their performance.

Key Job Requirements:

• Working experience in an agile test environment
• Strong experience in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad to handle complex scripting.
• Hands-on experience with various protocols like web-HTTP/HTML, Truclient, Jdbc, web services, stomp etc.
• Experience in distributed load testing using Jmeter.
• Experience in Software development lifecycle, DevOps(build, CI/CD).
• Must have experience in Performance Engineering, Analysis and finding root cause
• Expertise in designing different scenarios for load, stress, volume etc.
• Strong in monitoring of windows/Linux based systems/Shell scripting.
• Strong experience in building, executing, analysing and reporting on Performance Test activities.
• Able to understand the application architecture and create performance test strategy accordingly
• Ability to identify, debug and propose viable solutions. Strong experience in analysing Thread dump, Heap dump, GC.
• Knowledge of any Profiling / Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, New relic, Visualvm etc
• Working experience on Web & Mobile Application
• Support the implementation, development and maintenance of relevant Quality Matrices & Artefacts, InfoSec & Cyber Security policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, common security frameworks and leading practices as per Organizational requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience of cloud application.
• Strong understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics/ New Relic/Perfmon.
• Must have experience on Distributed Load Testing/ ALM/ CI CD Integration.
• Understanding of Jenkins/Build Deployment/Agent Configuration.
• Good knowledge on Database tuning.
• Should be able to handle projects independently.
